Runtime
Where agents and workflows actually execute.
The runtime is the execution layer. It schedules runs, isolates them, enforces limits, and records what happened.
Isolation
Every run executes in its own sandbox with no access to another workspace's data or network. Isolation is not configurable, because a configurable boundary is not a boundary.
Limits
Runs carry a time limit and a spend limit. Reaching either stops the run and records the stop reason, which is what keeps a loop from becoming an invoice.
Concurrency
Runs execute concurrently up to your plan's limit. Beyond it they queue rather than fail, and the queue is fair per workspace.
Regions
A run executes in the workspace's region. Data does not leave it to be processed elsewhere.
